The Foundation

The Mago Sales Foundation is a non-profit organization of social utility (ONLUS), founded in 2001 with the aim of bringing solidarity and hope to the world’s poorest children.

Since 2004, it has been recognized as a Legal Entity and is registered in the Register of the Prefecture of Turin.

Inspired by the pedagogy of Don Bosco, the Foundation promotes distance support projects in over 25 countries, with a simple but powerful mission: to defend children’s right to smile.

President and founder is don Silvio Mantelli, better known as Mago Sales, who together with his collaborators brings shows and performances to Salesian missions around the world, gifting moments of joy, hope and wonder.

In Italy, the Foundation is active in the field of development education, promotion of peace and theatre training, through workshops, performances, publications and meetings designed for children, young people and educators.
